What are the differences in attorneys’ obligations to youth plaintiffs versus guardians?  What should attorney-client communications look like? How do case decisions get made?  Are there any special protections regarding potential discovery and trial testimony? This training will dive into those questions and offer guidance on how to approach litigation involving youth plaintiffs.

Qualifies for one hour of participatory California MCLE Ethics credit.
