Equal Justice Works
Founded in 1986 by law students dedicated to working for equal justice on behalf of underserved communities and causes, Equal Justice Works organizes, trains, and supports public service-minded law students and lawyers. It is the national leader in creating summer and postgraduate public interest jobs for students and is a valuable resource for practicing attorneys.

Public Interest Clearinghouse (PIC)
PIC provides technical assistance, coordination and advocacy in order to leverage scarce resources to Californians who cannot access the legal help they need. By cultivating partnerships among legal aid organizations, law schools and students, private attorneys, the State Bar and the courts, PIC works to bridge the “justice gap” and eliminate barriers to justice.

Lowbono.org
Lowbono.org is a collaborative project that serves to support, train and mentor solo and small firm lawyers who then provide discounted (or “low bono”) legal services for underrepresented communities. Lowbono.org aims to serve this community of public interest attorneys by creating an internet portal that contains valuable attorney resources, including training manuals, briefs and other practice materials.

CELA is a statewide membership organization for California attorneys who regularly represent employees in employment, labor and discrimination disputes.

National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA)
NELA advocates for employee rights and workplace fairness by providing assistance and support to lawyers specializing in employment related matters.

The National Lawyers Guild is a membership of progressive civil rights attorneys, law students and legal workers who are dedicated to the need for basic and progressive change in the structure of our political system.
