Training Opportunities

2012 Impact Fund Training Institute Class

As part of our mission, the Impact Fund provides training to practitioners on a wide range of issues relating to public interest litigation.  Our training programs cover beginning and advanced litigation and class action topics, including class action procedure, brief writing, expert witnesses, attorneys’ fees, ethics, and new developments.  We provide training in a variety of formats - in-person presentations, brown bag lunches, webinars and our three-day intensive class action training institute.  As a support center for the State Bar legal services programs, we are also available to provide training on these and other topics onsite for individual programs upon request.
