Community House Inc. v. City of Boise
Idaho Legal Aid Services won a resounding victory in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in its challenge to the attempt by the City of Boise to transfer a homeless shelter to a religious ministry, that promptly evicted all women and children in the house and proselytized the remaining men. The Ninth Circuit reversed a denial of a preliminary injunction to stop the transfer.
Touchard v. La-Z-Boy
